  • Exchange is allowed only if damaged / wrong product / wrong size has been delivered. This is subject to availability of the product. 
  • Exchange is allowed only if items are unused / unworn / unwashed / undamaged / unsoiled / unaltered and in their original packing including polybags and hangtags. 
  • Exchange is allowed only within 7 days from product receipt. 
  • Customer has to arrange to retrun the products at their own cost. 
  • Customer may get cashback of the same value in their SBUYS account. 
  • Any exchange and return can be done only once, if it follows the laid creteria. 
  • Incase the correct size of the product is delivered but the customer wants to exchange the product, the customer is bound to bear a flat rate of Rs. 100 as courier charges. If the order was a cash on delivery order, the COD charges of Rs. 100 will also not get reimbursed in such a case.
